A terrorist umbrella group in Iraq has named a new "war minister" and threatened majority Shi'ites with "dark days colored in blood," Reuters reports.
A statement from the group, posted on an Internet Web site, named al-Nasser Lideen Allah Abu Suleiman as the new war minister of the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), which consists of several Iraqi insurgent groups.
