Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere has proposed reforms intended to make Germany's security agencies more capable in the fight against terrorism, reports the Financial Times.
The proposals would take a range of powers from the nation's regions and replace their intelligence services with a single national agency, he said in an article in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
