The arrest of suspected Kurdish militants by authorities in Iraqi Kurdistan has sharpened tensions between rival factions, reports the Voice of America News.
On Monday, the Kurdish Region's Security Council (KRSC), an intelligence service led by the ruling Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), announced that it had arrested members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
