Iranian officials have informed the European Union that Tehran is willing to restart another round of international talks on its nuclear program, reports Deutsche Presse-Agentur.
Catherine Ashton, the E.U.'s foreign policy chief, said Iranian chief negotiator Saeed Jalili informed her that Iran is ready to agree a time and place after Nov. 10.
On Monday, the E.U. finalized a sanctions package targeting Iran's oil and gas industry, banks and shipping lines.
