The Taliban says it has captured the head of foreign relations for the Islamic State-Khorasan Province (ISIS-K), reports the Khaama Press (Kabul).
On Tuesday, the Taliban’s intelligence service said it had arrested Abdul Malik, who they say was in charge of foreign and financial relations for the group.
A video posted on social media showed Malik confessing to fundraising and recruiting for ISIS. He also said he received funding for the group from Germany, Spain and Ukraine.
