Taliban Leaders To Be Offered Exile For Peace Agreement

The Afghan government has developed a peace plan that could include the offer of exile for senior Taliban leaders, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
The long-delayed proposal also is said to include "de-radicalization" classes for insurgents and thousands of new manual labor jobs for Taliban fighters who renounce violence.
