The Taliban has suspended talks with the Afghan government on the release of prisoners, accusing Kabul of hindering the process, reports the Tolo News (Afghanistan).
On Tuesday, a Taliban spokesman said that its representatives would not participate in a technical meeting to facilitate the releases that was scheduled for Wednesday.
The group said repeated delays had made the promised release of Taliban fighters meaningless.
