Tactical UAVs Bought From Canada

The French Defense Ministry has bought six second-hand tactical SDTI drones from Canada, Defense News reports.
The SDTI (systeme de drone tactique interimaire) is also known as the Sperwer.
The newly purchased drones are currently being inspected to determine their operational condition, a ministry spokesman said.
France is also negotiating for a fourth SIDM (systeme interimaire des drones MALE) unmanned aircraft from EADS. The air force operates three of these drones, and...
