A U.S. Air Force jet trainer has been badly damaged after making a gear-up landing at Mather Airport outside of Sacramento, Calif., reports Beale Air Force Base, Calif.
The T-38 Talon, assigned to the 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale, was on a routine training flight when the mishap occurred.
The two personnel onboard at the time were not injured, reported Air Force magazine.
