Syracuse 4A Military Communications Satellite Launched

France has successfully launched a military communications satellite into orbit, reports Space.com.
On Saturday, an Ariane 5 rocket took off from the Guiana Space Center in Kourou, French Guiana, carrying a commercial communications satellite and the French military Syracuse 4A spacecraft.
Built by Thales Alenia Space, the Syracuse 4A satellite will provide a communications link between all of France's armed forces.
