Suspects In Deadly Train Bombing Acquitted

A special court has acquitted four men accused of a 2007 attack that killed 68 people, reports the Hindu (Chennai). 

On Wednesday, the National Investigation Agency court acquitted Swami Aseemanand and three co-defendants of bombing the Samjhauta Express train. 

The judges ruled the evidence presented by prosecutors was insufficient, said one of the defense attorneys in the case.
