The alleged leader of the failed coup attempt in Ethiopia on Saturday has been killed by security forces, reports the Voice of America News. Gen. Asamnew Tsige, the security chief for the Amhara region, was attempting to flee from security forces in Bahir Dar, the capital of Amhara state, when he was shot and killed.
