The Russian navy's newest resupply vessel has completed sea trials in the Barents Sea, reports Interfax-AVN.
The Zvezdochka will undergo further testing before being handed over to the navy by the end of the year, according to officials at the Severodvinsk shipyard, which built the ship.
The multipurpose cargo vessel is designed to carry heavy naval equipment and containers, research and testing equipment, mines, torpedoes, missiles and other weapons.
