Supersonic Perseus Strike Missile Concept Shown In Paris

European missile maker MBDA has unveiled a new stealthy multi-role missile concept, reports the defense firm.

The Perseus features multiple operating modes against a range of land and maritime targets and will be able to overcome missile defenses. It was shown Monday for the first time at the Paris Air Show.

The weapon is designed to be a tactical system operated through an advanced operations and mission planning system, according to a company release.
