A suicide bomber blew himself up Monday evening in the middle of a rally led by the Pakistani political party Jamaat-i-Islami in the northwestern city of Peshawar, Pakistan's Dawn reports.
At least 23 people, including a deputy superintendent of police and party leaders, were killed, and 42 others were injured, security officials said.
