Sub Technology Could Be Shared With Australia

The Japanese government has decided to participate in Australia's new submarine project, reports the Asahi Shimbun (Tokyo).

Canberra has expressed interest in Japan's Soryu-class conventional attack submarines as a potential replacement for its Collins-class boats.

Australia has also asked France and Germany to participate in the competition.
