Study Puts Somalia Atop Terror Risk List

Somalia has surpassed Afghanistan, Pakistan and Colombia as the world's top target, according to a new British study, United Press International reports.
Somalia is ranked first among 16 countries rated in Maplecroft's Terrorism Risk Index, which says it faces an "extreme risk" from terrorist attacks. Somalia was fourth in last year's index.
The index use data from June 2009 to June 2010 to assess the frequency and intensity of terrorist attacks, said Maplecroft officials. ...
