A new study suggests the U.S. government has underestimated the growth of China's military, reports Agence France-Presse.
Washington has a mixed record on predicting China's new weaponry, even missing the emergence of advanced submarines, says the report issued Friday by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
