Stringent Combat Vehicle Requirements Exclude All Competitors

The Canadian military's plan to buy new close combat vehicles is running afoul of government requirements, reports the Ottawa Citizen.

The Public Works and Defense departments have rejected every vehicle offered for the program due to poorly written requirements produced by inexperienced procurement officials, according to defense sources.
