Strategic Defense Talks With S. Korea Resume

Chinese and South Korean defense officials have held their first strategic-level talks in five years, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
On Monday, a South Korean delegation led by Vice Defense Minister Park Jae Min met in Beijing with a Chinese delegation led by Lt. Gen. Shao Yuanming.
