State Security Minister Hit With U.S. Sanctions

Zimbabwean State Security Minister Owen Ncube has been slapped with sanctions by the U.S. for alleged human-rights violations, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar). The U.S. State Dept. announced the sanctions on Oct. 25.
