St. Petersburg Subway Bomber Identified As Kyrgyz Man From Osh

Russian authorities are blaming Monday’s attack on the St. Petersburg subway on a suicide bomber, reports NBC News.
The explosion hit a train between two subway stations, killing 14 people and injuring at least 49. A second explosive device was found at another station and defused. President Vladimir Putin was visiting St. Petersburg at the time.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev called the blast a "terrorist act."
