Smartphones Seen As Possible Threat To Iron Dome

Gen. Benny Gantz, the head of the Israeli military, has urged the postponement of legislation that would loosen import regulations on smartphones, reports the Times of Israel.
Some of the devices could disrupt the Iron Dome anti-missile system, said communication officers.
The Knesset Economic Affairs Committee earlier this week approved the relaxing of restrictions on smartphone imports.
