Boeing says it has taken another charge on the KC-46 aerial refueler program due to a slowdown in commercial aircraft production.
The company took a $151 million charge on the KC-46 program in the second quarter, according to quarterly results released on July 29.
The charge was the result of additional costs assigned to the program due to lower production of the commercial Boeing 767 airliner as a result of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
