A series of Wednesday attacks on a market in a Shi'ite northwest Baghdad neighborhood left eight people dead and another 14 injured, reports Reuters.
Early accounts differ.
Rockets were fired at the Shula district market, police said. Gunmen then stormed the gold shops in the bazaar, stealing the wares and throwing grenades as they withdrew.
