Shipyard Launches Initial SIGMA Missile Frigate For Navy

Indonesia's PT PAL Surabaya shipyard has launched the first of two guided-missile frigates being built to a Dutch design, reports Damen Shipyards, which is supporting the program.

The first of the SIGMA 10514-type frigates was launched during a Monday ceremony, according to a Damen release issued that day.
