Clogged ports on the east, west and southern coasts of the U.S. have shipping firms looking to long neglected ports on the Great Lakes to get products to market faster, reports the BBC News.
The Port of Cleveland is among those Great Lakes shipping centers that has seen a revitalization over the last two years as supply chain delays have increased due to the COVID pandemic and war in Ukraine.
