A bomb planted on a motorcycle near the Iraqi holy city of Karbala killed at least 20 Shi'ite pilgrims on Wednesday and wounded more than 100 others, the Voice of America News reports.
The attack was aimed at pilgrims as they made their way to the city for a religious observance, Iraqi police said.
Three Shi'ites were killed and 23 were injured in three other attacks that targeted pilgrims, reported CNN.
