Shield AI and Thunder Tiger announced on July 29, 2026, that they had completed a maritime field demonstration integrating Hivemind with the SeaShark unmanned surface vessel.

The exercise evaluated the software's ability to perform intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions by fusing maritime radar and Automatic Identification System data, while autonomously generating navigation routes and identifying vessels requiring escort.
