Several Dozen Additional U.S.-Trained Rebels Reach Syria, Says Rights Group

A group of about 75 U.S.-trained Syrian rebels is in northern Syria to combat ISIS, says a monitoring group cited by Al Jazeera (Qatar).
The rebels crossed the border from Turkey into Aleppo province overnight on Friday in a convoy with a dozen armed vehicles, said the U.K.-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Air cover was provided by the U.S.-led coalition as the rebels crossed through the Bab al-Salama border point, said the observatory on Sunday.
