North Korea was responsible for a mine explosion in the demilitarized zone last week that maimed two soldiers, say South Korean officials, as cited by the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
The North will pay a "severe price" for its actions, said a general with the Joint Chiefs Of Staff on Monday, reported Bloomberg News.
