Seoul Keeps Track Of Nuclear Activity In North

South Korean officials have indicated the government is keeping a close watch on North Korea after reports emerged of an impending third nuclear test, the Korea Herald reports.
Recent satellite imagery apparently shows activity, including tunneling, at the Punggye-ri nuclear test site in northeastern North Korea, said officials.
"It appears to be true that some preparations are under way there, but we're not sure what they are for," a Foreign Ministry official said....
