Seoul Goes With Airbus In US$1.3 Billion Deal For Air Tankers

South Korea has decided to purchase four Airbus aerial refueling tankers, reports the Wall Street Journal.
On Tuesday, South Korea's main arms procurement agency announced that Europe-based Airbus Defence and Space won a US$1.3 billion contract to supply four A330 multirole tanker transports (MRTT).
Airbus beat out Boeing in the two-month bidding process. The U.S. firm was offering its KC-46A Pegasus tanker.
