Seoul Agrees To Military Talks With N. Korea

The South Korean government on Thursday accepted North Korea's offer for talks between high-ranking military officials, reports the Yonhap News Agency (South Korea).
Seoul proposed holding preparatory working-level military discussions, as well as talks between top officials on denuclearization, according to government officials.
Pyongyang first suggested the talks cover "pending" military issues, according to the South Korean Defense Ministry.
