A military court in Moscow has sentenced a top Russian intelligence agent of treason in absentia for last year's exposure of 10 U.S.-based agents, Reuters reports.
Col. Alexander Poteyev of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) was found guilty on Monday of helping Washington unmask the Russian agents.
Poteyev was the deputy of head of the "S" department, which oversees deep-cover espionage missions.
