The Nigerian army says a high-ranking Boko Haram terrorist and three of his colleagues have surrendered to the military, reports the News Agency of Nigeria.
Konto Fanami and three other militants left their hideouts and turned themselves in to 120 Task Force Battalion at Goniri in the northern Borno state, the army said on Tuesday.
