China has deployed vehicle-mounted howitzers to Tibet, near the Indian border, reports the Press Trust of India.
The deployment of the PLC-181 truck-mounted howitzer is intended to improve the high-altitude combat capabilities of forces in the region and enhance border security, reported the official Global Times (China).
