In an unexpected development, the Houthi rebels and its allies in Yemen have formed a new government in Sanaa, reports the New York Times.
The 35-minister government, based in the Houthi-controlled capital, was announced Monday by the Houthi-run state television and Saba news agency, reported the Voice of America News.
