Security Strategy Eyes New Threats

The European Union this week will adopt a new security strategy during a summit in Brussels, reports the E.U. Observer.
The new strategy is expected to identify standard threats, including proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, terrorism, organized crime and regional conflicts, and to address new threats such as climate change, energy security, cyber-crime and piracy.
