Saudi authorities say they have arrested four suspects linked to the Islamic State who were plotting a suicide bomb attack against the Defense Ministry, reports Deutsche Welle.
Two alleged ISIS members of Yemeni origin were arrested for preparing an attack on two ministry buildings in Riyadh, said officials on Tuesday.
