A suicide bomber has blown himself up in the Syrian capital, reports Reuters.
The blast took place in the Midan district of Damascus as worshippers were leaving the Zeen al-Abadeen mosque after Friday prayers, said opposition activists.
The bomber was apparently targeting a bus with loyalist militiamen who were in the area to control protests, said opposition activists.
