'Secret' Detention Area Alleged At Bagram Base

There is a separate facility for detainees that is distinct from the main prison at the U.S. airbase at Bagram in Afghanistan, says the International Red Cross, as reported by the BBC.
The U.S. has been notifying the Red Cross of the names of detained people in that separate structure since August 2009, organization officials said.
