Turkish authorities say the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militant group has kidnapped four civilians in the eastern Tunceli province, reports Today's Zaman.
Gunmen stopped a vehicle carrying five road workers in the village of Uznutarla and abducted four of them, said the deputy governor of Tunceli on Friday.
The vehicle was set on fire before the militants departed, he said.
