Saudi Arrested In Al-Qaida World Cup Plot

Iraqi security forces say they foiled an Al-Qaida attack in South Africa during the World Cup, the Citizen (South Africa) reports.
A Saudi national planning a terrorist strike was arrested in the Baghdad area two weeks ago, an Iraqi army spokesman said.
The suspect, Abdullah Azzam Saleh Misfar al-Qahtani, was reportedly arrested by U.S. forces in 2007 under a different name, but released last year.
