Santos Indicates Willingness For Bilateral Truce Talks With FARC

Colombian President Juan Santos has said his government is prepared to begin talks for a bilateral cease-fire with FARC rebels, reports the BBC.
Santos said on Wednesday that he had asked negotiators to start discussions as soon as possible.
The Colombian government has already appointed high-ranking military officials to manage the process, said Santos.
