The Australian government is about to hold a massive sale of unwanted military assets to fund major upgrades across the military, the Canberra Times reports.
Over the next 15 years, the military will replace or upgrade up to 85 percent of its equipment, according to a statement issued this week by Minister for Defense Materiel Jason Clare.
