Saied Dismisses More Government Officials

President Kais Saied has dismissed more senior Tunisian government officials days after suspending Parliament and assuming executive power, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).

On Tuesday, Saied ordered the firing of a long list of government officials, including the army’s chief prosecutor. He also removed the CEO of the national broadcaster, Wataniya, on Wednesday.
