Saab has announced that it has begun manufacturing components for the T-7A Red Hawk trainer aircraft ordered by the U.S. Air Force. Production of the first aft fuselages began on Jan. 10 at the Saab facility in Linkoping, Sweden, according to a company release on Jan. 21. Saab is responsible for the development and production of the aft fuselage section.
