The Rosoboronexport arms export company has frozen negotiations with China on the possible sale of Russia Su-35 fighter jets, reports RIA Novosti.
Chinese officials only expressed interest in buying a small number of aircraft, said a top company official on Tuesday.
Russia wants to sell a large enough number of jets to make such a deal economically viable, he said.
