The Russia and Egypt have agreed to begin constructing Egypt's first nuclear power plant, report Ahram (Egypt).
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi attended the ceremony in Cairo Monday. Egypt's minister of electricity and director general of Russian state atomic energy corporation Rosatom signed the document to start the project.
